A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to answer.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, page request, and time. We review combined traffic to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Technical data helps operate the service, repair errors, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create personal profiles of readers.
Privacy on Linked Services

Public records held by Iowa, Marshall County, or Marshalltown remain under the custodian's control and are not erased through a request to us.
